Born in Germany in 1976, Stephanie degreed from international business administration studies in Germany and the United Kingdom in 1998. She started her career in services industry and found her way into HR consulting shortly afterwards. Since then she has been working in the HR profession, mainly focussing organisational development, talent acquisition, employer branding and change management. Stephanie got to know both sides, providing companies with consulting services as well as working as an HR manager in different corporate environments. She has always been working in international and multi-cultural organizations and is able to provide coaching as well as consulting services in three languages (English, German and Dutch).
